Francis Chi Wah Lau
Lawyer
Francis Chi Wah Lau is a Solicitor and Barrister of NSW Law Society.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from London University and migrated to Australia in 1996. With his previous experience in Hong Kong as company secretary and auditor, he is well versed in corporate services, in particular, company formation and maintenance.
Francis can also set up Family Discretionary Trust and other business structures while giving tax agent service as a legal service.
He is also a Registered Migration Agent. He particularly focuses on Investment Visas.
Francis also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
Neville Sharples

Neville Sharples has been admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW.
He holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Macquarie University, a Master of Computing from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Macquarie University.
Neville specialises in commercial law, corporate law, private international law, litigation and dispute resolution.
Neville’s areas of knowledge include disputes related to contracts, international commercial disputes, director duties and consumer law.
Austin Man Chun Yeung

Austin Man Chun Yeung is a lawyer admitted in the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law.
Austin's practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, including general corporate disputes, property disputes and contract disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct disputes under ACL and ASIC Act and insolvency. His practice also extends to family law, administrative law and criminal laws.

Wendy Senqi Wei

Wendy Senqi Wei is a lawyer admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. She has also been accepted into the Master of Taxation program at the University of Sydney.
With an academic background spanning both law and accounting, Wendy brings strong analytical skills and commercial awareness to her work in commercial law, corporate law, taxation, insolvency and dispute resolution. Her multidisciplinary training assists her in understanding both the legal and commercial dimensions of clients’ matters.
Wendy is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Jason Han
Consultant
Jason is an experienced lawyer focusing on banking, finance, commercial and corporate law.
He initially gained a deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry while working as a management consultant and an investment banker in Sydney, Seoul and Hong Kong before becoming a lawyer.
His industry expertise combined with extensive experience as a lawyer from a wide range of transactions across a variety of deals greatly assists in understanding his clients’ needs and providing pragmatic advice to his clients.
Jason holds a Juris Doctor (Distinction) from University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from University of Technology Sydney. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Jason speaks English and Korean.
Joanna Cheng
